2. Services

Daily Fortune (AI-generated), Tarot Reading (AI-generated), Mirror Spirit Chat (6 AI characters), Mirror Affinity System (bond levels and exclusive content).

My Spreads: You can review and delete completed tarot readings in My Spreads. Readings drawn while Free are kept for 30 days; readings drawn while a paid membership is active are kept long term, subject to a limit of 360 records per account or device. This feature is not a guarantee of permanent storage; data handling and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

3. AI Content Disclaimer

All content is AI-generated and for entertainment and emotional companionship only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. Mirror spirit characters are virtual AI personas, not real individuals.

4. Virtual Content

Mirror affinity levels, bond values, exclusive titles, secret stories, and streaks are virtual experiences with no real monetary value; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for real-world assets.

5. Subscription

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the rate of your selected plan
• Apple charges within 24 hours before the current period ends
• Cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Here's Shiny → Cancel
• Benefits remain until the current period ends, then revert to free tier
• Refunds: https://support.apple.com/billing

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: send illegal, violent, hateful, or harassing content; hack or attack the App; use automated tools for bulk access; use App content commercially. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

App interface, character art, copy, and code belong to the developer. You retain rights to your input but grant us license to process it for service delivery.

Some virtual character images, decorative elements, or visual assets may be created with the assistance of generative AI tools and then selected, edited, and integrated by the developer. The characters are fictional personas used within Here's Shiny and are not intended to impersonate, reproduce, or imply affiliation with any real person, third-party brand, film, game, anime, or other protected work. If you believe an asset may affect your lawful rights, contact us at gghong15538@gmail.com; we will review the concern and, where appropriate, modify or remove the relevant material.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". AI services may be temporarily unavailable due to third-party outages. We are not liable for decisions based on App content. If permanently discontinued, we will provide advance notice and data export options.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local law. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
